Here is the summary statistics for the final exam:

Section A (MC): mean = 5.1 correct question
stdev = 2.0
max = 10

Section B (LQ): mean = 17.5
stdev = 8.3
max = 42

As a whole (A + B): mean = 43
stdev = 15.7
max = 87

Dear esteemed students,

I finished grading the final, and attention was brought to me that question 11 depends very much on the rounding of the numbers, and therefore everyone got +1 in that question. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have in mind any other potentially inappropriate questions by sending me an email.

The tentative mean is 8.22, while SD is 2.37, out of 15. You can't check your scores yet, as I want to have it double checked using the screener. I'm very proud of you all, given the fact that this final is more difficult than the midterm, and that you all have two major exams in less than 24 hours.
